Privacy Policy for X Counter App

Introduction

At Credix Studio, we prioritize your privacy and are committed to protecting your data. This policy explains what information is collected when you use the X Counter App, how it is used and shared, and the choices you have. By using the app, you agree to the practices described below.

Information Collection and Use

1. Data Stored on Your Device: Your counters (names, values, steps and settings), target alerts, app settings, Azkar progress and reminder time are stored only on your device. We do not receive this data. If your device's Android backup is turned on, Android may back up this app data to your Google account under Google's own policy.

2. Information You Provide: The app does not require an account and does not ask for your name or email. If you contact us by email, we receive your email address and message only to reply to you.

3. Automatically Collected Information: Advertising and analytics services used in the app may automatically collect: the advertising ID and other device identifiers provided by the operating system, device model, operating system and app version, IP address, app interactions and events (such as opening the app or completing a purchase), and diagnostic and crash data. This information is used for advertising, analytics, measuring ad campaigns and preventing fraud.

4. Location Data: The app does not request access to your device's location (GPS) and does not collect precise location. Our advertising partners may estimate your approximate location (such as country or city) from your IP address.

5. Backup Files: If you choose to export a backup, a backup file with your counters is created on your device and shared only where you choose. We do not receive it.

6. Google Drive Backup (Pro): If you turn on Google Drive backup, a copy of your counters (names, values and history) is saved in a private app folder in your own Google Drive. Only X Counter can access this folder; it is not visible in your Drive files, and we (the developer) never receive or access it. The app only requests access to this app folder (drive.appdata), not to your other files, and it does not receive your name or email address. You can delete this data at any time from Google Drive → Settings → Manage apps → X Counter → Delete hidden app data, and remove the app's access from your Google Account → Security → Third-party connections.

Your Consent and Choices

On first launch you are asked to accept this Privacy Policy. Advertising and analytics services start only after that.

If you are in the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom or Switzerland, the app also shows a consent form (Google User Messaging Platform) where you can accept or refuse the use of your data for advertising and analytics. You can change your choice at any time from the app: Settings → Privacy options. If you refuse, the Meta (Facebook) and TikTok services are not activated, and Google may show non-personalized or limited ads.

You can also reset your advertising ID or opt out of personalized ads from your device settings.

Data Sharing with Third Parties

We do not sell your personal data. The data described above is shared with the following service providers, who process it for advertising, analytics, ad measurement and fraud prevention:

Purchases

Purchases and subscriptions (X Counter Pro) are processed entirely by Google Play. We never receive your payment card details; the app only receives the status of your purchase to unlock Pro features.

Notifications

The daily reminder is optional and turned off by default. The notification permission is requested only when you turn the reminder on, and reminders are created on your device, not sent from our servers.

Legal Disclosure

We may disclose your data if required by law or in response to legal requests, or to protect our rights and the rights of our users.

Data Retention & Deletion

Data stored on your device is deleted when you use "Delete all counters", clear the app's data, or uninstall the app. A Google Drive backup stays in your Drive until you delete it (Google Drive → Settings → Manage apps → X Counter → Delete hidden app data). Data collected by the third-party services listed above is kept according to their own retention policies. To request deletion of data associated with you, contact us at support@credixstudio.com and we will help you with the relevant providers. You can also reset your advertising ID from your device settings.

User Rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct or delete your data, to object to or restrict its processing, to withdraw your consent at any time, and to complain to your local data protection authority. To exercise these rights, contact us via email: support@credixstudio.com.

Children’s Privacy

The X Counter App is not directed to children under 13 (or the minimum age required in your country). We do not knowingly collect personal data from children. If you believe a child has provided us with personal data, please contact us and we will delete it.

Data Security

Data sent by the app to the services above is transmitted over encrypted connections. We use standard security measures to protect your data from unauthorized access, modification, or loss. However, no system can guarantee 100% security.

Legal Bases for Processing

Where applicable law requires a legal basis for processing personal data (for example, GDPR), we rely on your consent for advertising and analytics, on performance of a contract for purchases, on compliance with legal obligations, and on our legitimate interests for security and fraud prevention. Where processing is based on consent, you may withdraw consent at any time from Settings → Privacy options.

Cookies, Tracking & Similar Technologies

This web page may use cookies and local storage through Google Fonts and Google Translate. You can control or delete cookies via your browser settings. The app itself does not use web cookies; the in-app tracking technologies are described above.

International Data Transfers

Your information may be processed or stored by the service providers above in countries other than your own. These transfers are covered by the safeguards those providers apply as required by law.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top shows when it was last changed.

6. النسخ الاحتياطي على Google Drive (Pro): إذا فعّلت النسخ الاحتياطي على Google Drive، تُحفظ نسخة من عداداتك (أسماؤها وقيمها وسجلها) في مجلد خاص بالتطبيق داخل Google Drive الخاص بك. لا يصل إلى هذا المجلد إلا تطبيق X Counter، ولا يظهر ضمن ملفاتك في Drive، ونحن (المطوّر) لا نستلمه ولا نصل إليه إطلاقًا. يطلب التطبيق صلاحية الوصول إلى هذا المجلد فقط (drive.appdata) وليس إلى ملفاتك الأخرى، ولا يستلم اسمك أو بريدك الإلكتروني. يمكنك حذف هذه البيانات في أي وقت من Google Drive ← الإعدادات ← إدارة التطبيقات ← X Counter ← حذف بيانات التطبيق المخفية، وإلغاء صلاحية التطبيق من حساب Google ← الأمان ← اتصالات الجهات الخارجية.

موافقتك وخياراتك

تتم المشتريات والاشتراكات (X Counter Pro) بالكامل عبر Google Play. نحن لا نستلم بيانات بطاقة الدفع إطلاقًا، ويستلم التطبيق فقط حالة عملية الشراء لتفعيل ميزات Pro.

الإشعارات

التذكير اليومي اختياري ومغلق افتراضيًا. يُطلب إذن الإشعارات فقط عند تفعيلك للتذكير، ويتم إنشاء التذكيرات على جهازك ولا تُرسل من خوادمنا.

الإفصاح بموجب القانون

الاحتفاظ بالبيانات وحذفها

تُحذف البيانات المحفوظة على جهازك عند استخدام "مسح كل العدادات" أو مسح بيانات التطبيق أو حذف التطبيق. وتبقى النسخة الاحتياطية على Google Drive في حسابك حتى تحذفها أنت (Google Drive ← الإعدادات ← إدارة التطبيقات ← X Counter ← حذف بيانات التطبيق المخفية). أما البيانات التي تجمعها الخدمات الخارجية المذكورة أعلاه فيتم الاحتفاظ بها وفق سياساتها الخاصة. لطلب حذف البيانات المرتبطة بك، يرجى مراسلتنا على support@credixstudio.com وسنساعدك في التواصل مع مزودي الخدمة المعنيين. ويمكنك أيضًا إعادة تعيين معرّف الإعلانات من إعدادات جهازك.

حقوق المستخدم
